EVALUATION OF OSELTAMIVIR AND FAVIPIRAVIR ON CLINICAL OUTCOMES AND LENGTH OF STAY IN COVID-19 PATIENTS AT FATMAWATI GENERAL HOSPITAL JAKARTA

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of oseltamivir and favipiravir in patients with confirmed COVID-19 on clinical outcomes length stay at Farmawati General Hospital, Jakarta. Methods: The cross-sectional was conducted Fatmawati sample consisted 114 who met inclusion exclusion criteria from March October 2020. Data were collected retrospectively using medical record data. Results: result showed that 98 (86.0%) received oseltamivir, while 16 (14.0%) this study. mortality rate 11.4% (13 patients), recovered 88.6% (103 patients). Patients had LoS (Length Stay) ≤14 days 58.8%, >14 41.2%. In bivariate analysis, antivirals (oseltamivir favipiravir) outcome not statistically significant (p=0.690; OR=0.478; CI 95%=0.058–3.950). Likewise, association between also (p=0.852; OR=0.767; 95%=0.251–2.342). Conclusion: Antivirals significantly associated stays patients.
